Order Cancellations
- Refunds are only applicable for canceled orders

- Coffee Palace reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.

Refund Policy
- Customers can cancel their orders within five minutes. However, once an order is in progress, it may not be eligible for cancellation
- To request a refund, customers must contact our support team within 2 hours of receiving the order and provide details and, if applicable, photo evidence.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. It may take 2/3 business days for the refund to reflect in the customer's account.
Non-Refundable Items
- Orders that have been successfully delivered and meet customer expectations.
- Orders are canceled after preparation has begun.
- Orders with incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
